Brass & Copper Spray Cleaners
Metalline Corporation manufactures a complete line of spray cleaners for removing grease, oils, lubricants and coolants from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc die castings and copper alloys. These mildly alkaline and neutral formulations do an excellent job of cleaning brass and copper alloys without oxidizing and tarnishing the surface.
- AMBISOL® ALK SC is a liquid alkaline spray cleaner for steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum and zinc die castings. AMBISOL® ALK SC has excellent wetting capabilities and can be used in single or multi-stage parts washing systems.
- NEUTRADET® 120 is a liquid, pH neutral, non-silicated, totally organic cleaner which is used in immersion, spray and vibratory applications for removing shop oils and greases from metal components. NEUTRADET® 120 is specifically formulated so that oils split or separate from the solution, resulting in extended bath life and easier waste treatment, while providing the ability to recycle oils. The neutral pH will eliminate the attack on non-ferrous metals, reducing soluble metals requiring waste treatment.
- AMFOSOLTM ANS-650M is a powdered, non-silicated alkaline spray cleaner for all metals, both ferrous and non-ferrous. The ANS-650M has excellent detergency and will not stain or oxidize copper and brass alloys. The powdered formulation and low make-up concentration make the ANS-650M a very cost effective spray cleaner for any application.
