Steel Electrocleaners

Metalline Corporation manufactures a complete line of electrocleaners for removing oils, coolants, lubricants, smut and carbon scale from steel substrates.

• VORTESOL^® E-38-PT is a powdered, highly conductive, heavy duty reverse current electrocleaner. VORTESOL^® E-38-PT is non-chelated and contains smut reducing agents designed to produce a chemically clean and oil free surface.
• VORTESOL^® E-38-KBX is a non-phosphated, non-chelated, highly conductive reverse current electrocleaner.  This powdered formulation is specifically designed to remove residual smut and light oxides from metal surfaces.      
• ELECTRODET™ E-35-CH is a liquid, highly conductive, heavy duty, reverse current electrocleaner. ELECTRODET™ E-35-CH is non-chelated and contains surfactants designed to produce a chemically clean and oil free surface.
• ELECTRODET™ SE is a powdered, combination soak and electrocleaner that is used for cleaning steel, brass, copper alloys, zinc die castings and some plated deposits. ELECTRODET™ SE is also an effective cathodic electrocleaner for brass, copper alloys and nickel plated work.
