Bright Dips & Electropolishes

Metalline Corporation manufactures a variety of chemical polishes that brighten, de-burr and remove surface imperfections from aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel and zinc die castings, as well as zinc and cadmium plated deposits. 

Most metals react with the air we breathe to form an oxide layer that may interfere with the metal finishing process.  Chemically polishing the metal surface will remove this oxide layer and provide an active surface that can be plated or treated with a corrosion inhibitor to prevent further oxidation.
