ACID INHIBITORS & ADDITIVES

Metalline Corporation manufactures acid inhibitors and detergent additives for use in Hydrochloric or Sulfuric acid.  Acid alone will not remove oil.  The following products are designed to improve cleaning, inhibit iron build up and extend the life of your acid pickle:

• AMBIENOL^® C is a concentrated liquid detergent acid additive designed to attack strongly adherent surface layers of heat treat oxides and carbon weld scale.  AMBIENOL^® C also inhibits iron build up in your acid and emulsifies residual oil being drug down the process line, while providing a controlled foam blanket to reduce fuming.
• REACID^® A is a concentrated liquid detergent acid additive designed to enhance cleaning and extend the life of conventional Hydrochloric or Sulfuric acid pickles by inhibiting iron build up.
